Oatmeal Cookies

(These are so good, that bringing them in every week delayed my getting fired at the Port of Seattle for several months.) Cream these together.

Combine:

and add to the butter-sugar mixture

Sift together:

and add to butter and sugar mixture, blending thoroughly.

Fold in:

Keep about 2 inches apart on well greased baking sheet (flour the baking sheet if you want the cookies to be fatter; leave it unfloured if you want the cookies flatter). Bake at 350 F until light golden (8 - 12 minutes)
