The file Compiler-Compiler-1963.pdf was generated from the scanned page
images at https://photos.datahighways.co.uk/photos/thumbnails.php?album=10
and processed to remove bleed-through and the annotations in blue ink.

The margins have been trimmed for easier reading on a Kindle (less wasted space)
but can be easily added back in with pdf utilities.

A couple of paragraphs had so much strike-out text that they had to be inserted
from another source but the insertion should not be obvious.

The only liberty I took when restoring the document was to correct
the typo in Jeff Rohl's name on the cover.  Otherwise it is as
originally printed, without any of the handwritten corrections that
were added to the original scan.
