MICE:  The hand-wired mouse interfaces were replaced on Friday 1st November
with the new-stlye printed circuit versions.  The hardware is different and
programs using the mouse (other than via EDWIN) will need to be re-compiled.
Programs which access the mouse directly (by including declarations of the
form "@16_????? %shortinteger mouse x, mouse y" or equivalent should be changed
to include the file INC:MOUSE.IMP.
If you have object files for which you have lost the source
you MAY be lucky and succeed in converting the object file.
