Cross-Referencing - The @3@@LABEL@1 Command.

The @3@@LABEL@1 command is used to mark a point in
the manuscript which is to be referred to
from elsewhere in the manuscript. Its form is:

@3@@LABEL'label'@1

where @3label@1 is some suitable name marking the
point to be referred to, eg:

@3@@LABEL'CrossReferencingCommands'@1
