Page Headings and Footings.

It is also possible to have different page
hadings or footings on odd or even numbered
pages.

This is achieved by using the @3ODD@1 and @3EVEN@1
options with the @3@@PAGEHEADING@1 or @3@@PAGEFOOTING@1
instructions. The form is:

@3@@instruction(LEFT "left", CENTRE "centre",
                          RIGHT "right", key)@1

where @3instruction@1 is the relevant instruction, and 
@3key@1 takes the value @3ODD@1 or @3EVEN@1 and controls
whether the footing or heading appears on odd
or even pages respectively.
