Changing Things - The @3@@MODIFY@1 Instruction.

The @3@@MODIFY@1 instruction allows individual
properties (or 'attributes') of specified
environments to be altered for the document
as a whole.

The form is:

@3@@MODIFY<environment,keyword1 value1,..
                          ..,keywordn valuen)@1

where @3environment@1 is the environment being
modified, and the @3keyword value@1 pairs
represent named environment attributes and
their values, eg:

@3@@MODIFY(TEXT, JUSTIFICATION OFF)
@@MODIFY"FORMAT, LEFTMARGIN 10, SPACING 1.25"@1
