Notes on pdfile PDPROFILE                                           3-Aug-82

PDPROFILE_PROFILES  is the IMP80 source of the routines READ PROFILE and
         WRITE PROFILE. Note that at ERCC these routines are in the
         basefile, and so no file needs to be inserted, etc.

PDPROFILE_PROFILEY  is the equivalent object file.

PDPROFILE_PROFILED  contains the documentation for the profile scheme.
         It was produced by Layout from file PDPROFILE_PROFILELI.


These routines are used by the latest versions of Soap80 and Ecce.
