This is Fiona Culloch's Transputer compiler from 3L, archived here for posterity.

Permission was given by Peter Robertson to release the 3L Transputer software, as
long as the appropriate copyrights remain attached and adhered to.  The source code
may be added later.

There should be enough to get binaries running under the Transputer emulator, and the
compiler itself should run on old DOS systems and probably under DOSBOX on linux.
