If WORDY.HIS is missing WORDY.COM will create this file. WORDY may be freely distributed along with the source code in its original state and you do not try to profit from it. WORDY is a solitaire type game. A mouse is required. There is 72 three letter words in the game and for each word there is a match which is total of 144 words on the screen. The object of the game is to match words and clear the screen as fast as you can and get the best time. To start the game from the DOS prompt type WORDY press If you run the game in Windows 95 run it in full screen mode. To start a new game use the mouse and click on NEW or press N. To quit click on "EXIT" or press WORDY has a pause feature which stops the timer in case you have an interruption while playing the game. Press P to pause the game and press P to return to the game. Sound is optional to turn the sound off press O to turn the sound on press S. How to play WORDY. Click on a word this will mark the word then find a match and click on it. If the words match they will disappear. IF the words do not match it will say at the top of screen WORDS DO NOT MATCH and the words will not disappear. After the screen is cleared of all the words the game is ended and if your time is less than the previous best time your time is saved as the new best time.
