This is the start of a vecx port to using /dev/fb1 on a raspberry pi, with a 3.5 inch LCD touch panel.

Graphics are starting to work, but screen updates may be too slow for gaming.  No input yet, just <ESC>
to exit.  Need to add the (analogue?) joystick [touchscreen] and the buttons.
